Besides the website, where can I buy Beadorable Designs products?

We now have a shopping studio in downtown Concord, New Hampshire! We're located at 30 South Main Street in a beautiful little room overlooking Main Street. We also host shows throughout the year, both in our customer's homes and in local businesses. We also support our community by attending fairs, conferences, and fundraisers around the country with our products. The best way to hear about upcoming events is through our Instagram page or Facebook page, or you can check out our event page or sign up for our newsletter.

Do you have a rewards program for hosting a show?

Yes! Host a Beadorable Designs home show and receive a percentage of the sales in free belts, jewelry, and accessories! Our shows are a perfect relaxing event, we don't have any formal presentations or high-pressure sales, just the jewelry, belts and accessories on display so that your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers can purchase or custom order a special piece at their own pace.

Can you create a custom design?

We love to create unique pieces for that special person in your life, or as a fabulous gift to yourself. Think about how special it would be to have a custom-made piece for your next anniversary, for a loved-one's birthday or for a child's graduation or wedding. We can design beautiful one-of-a-kind belts and jewelry over the phone, or, if you live in the New Hampshire area you can set up an appointment to come to the studio. What is your shipping policy?

We send all our shipments via USPS. $4 for First Class, with a standard shipping time of 3-5 business days. $9 for Priority Mail, with a standard shipping time of 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be sent with each shipment. Spend over $75 and shipping is free! If you need it sent differently please reach out to us, email: molly@myvibebrand.com or call: 603-856-1065.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Since all our items are handmade it can take up to 7 business days to ship. We will reach out if our turnaround time is delayed for some other reason.How do I send my package as a gift?All our jewelry comes in an organza bag ready to gift. We are happy to include a note, be sure to notify us at checkout by clicking the box that it’s a gift, and include your note in the “notes” section at checkout.

Can I place one order and send it to two places?

We cannot split orders. Please place two orders to avoid any confusion and so we will have two shipping labels ready to print.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we have not processed your order we can cancel it for sure. However if it has been processed and shipped we cannot refund you for the item plus the shipping. You can send the item back to us and we can process a return; however you will have to pay for the shipping.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We will happily accept unworn and undamaged returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a refund of the product itself, not including the shipping to the original form of payment. We do not cover shipping costs for returned items.

How do I order a custom size?

You may place your order and put the size you need in the “notes” section at checkout.

What if my item is damaged?

We take great pride in our work, so if your piece of jewelry is damaged, please reach out to us via email, molly@myvibebrand.com, and we will send you a new item and a shipping label to cover the return.
