Typically it is about a 2 - 3 week process. Once we meet and decide to move forward, we will send you an email with stone suggestions within 2-3 days. When we hear back from you with your stone selections we will get the samples made within 2-3 days. So the first part is about a week. We will most likely have to order beads for your bracelet, so it will be at least a week before we will be able to get it up on the website and ready for sale.While we wait for the beads we will work with you to get the thank you note written, and we will get your approval for the website and description card.

Each bracelet is placed in an organza bag with a description card attached to it. It will then be sent in a beautifully packaged box topped with tissue paper and a custom note created by us for you! We will create and design a note that you have approved.

The turnaround time from when people order their bracelet is typically 2-4 days. Each bracelet is handmade and made specifically to order. We send things USPS first class mail which can take 1-6 days for arrival depending on where you live in the US. We ship from NH. First Class shipping is $4, but customers can always upgrade to Priority mail which costs $9.
